color: #008000;\">Soit\u2026 Il ne nous reste donc plus qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre cr\u00e9atifs !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prenez <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">une 20 aine de collaborateurs super engag\u00e9s et enthousiastes<\/span><\/strong> \u2764\ufe0f, <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">une \u00e9quipe projet toujours partante pour imaginer et mettre en place de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire<\/span> <\/strong>\ud83e\udd17 et c\u2019est parti pour un atelier bilan virtuel avec\u00a0les outils \u00e0 notre disposition (vive Klaxoon, Teams et autre Zoom !)<\/p>\n<p>En temps \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb, nous nous serions r\u00e9unis au chaud, avec tisane et biscuits pour discuter plantations, semences, ateliers, semis, compost\u2026<\/p>\n<p>On aurait \u00e9chang\u00e9 nos feuilles, crayons, feutres et id\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Mais le\/la Covid nous a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 faire autrement ET \u00e7a marche, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est diff\u00e9rent, m\u00eame si on aurait \u00e9videmment pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 se voir pour de vrai&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">d<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre toutes et tous connect\u00e9s sur Teams et Klaxoon, on prend des nouvelles des un\u00b7e\u00b7s et des autres \ud83d\ude0a<\/li>\n<li>On commence par une question qui fait plaisir, qui permet de se rendre compte que non, tout n\u2019est (presque) pas \u00e0 oublier en 2020 : <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Quels sont nos meilleurs souvenirs au jardin ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Et puis cette question qui fait plaisir elle permet aussi de familiariser avec l\u2019outil, parce que pour poster une id\u00e9e sur <a href=\"https:\/\/klaxoon.com\/fr\/\">Klaxoon<\/a>\u2026 et bien la 1\u00e8re fois on t\u00e2tonne \ud83d\ude05<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite on poste et on like des id\u00e9es \u00e0 tout va (et oui m\u00eame des poules pourquoi pas !) <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>en passant d\u2019une th\u00e9matique \u00e0 l\u2019autre \u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0A refaire\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0A tenter\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0A oublier\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>On continue en testant nos connaissances avec <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Super Quiz\u00a0\u00bb du jardin coop\u00e9ratif\u2026<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Comment ?\u00a0La lune ne servirait pas qu\u2019\u00e0 faire pousser les cheveux plus vite ??? \ud83e\udd14<\/li>\n<li>Et on termine sur <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>un mini plan d\u2019actions<\/strong><\/span> pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine en esp\u00e9rant que nos plans\/plants ne seront plus trop chahut\u00e9s par des vagues successives \ud83e\udd1e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Merci aux collaborateurs et collaboratrices\u00a0de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.natixis.com\/natixis\/jcms\">Natixis<\/a> ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet du \u00ab\u00a0Jardin Libert\u00e9 2\u00a0\u00bb, \u00a0d\u2019avoir prouv\u00e9 et d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">OUI, m\u00eame \u00e0 distance, il est possible de partager, chaleureusement, une r\u00e9union de travail super cr\u00e9ative et efficace<\/span><\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement toujours au top de chacun et chacune !!!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">-&gt;
